about not going to the dentist regularly...
I just broke another tooth... That makes three, three in the last 18 months! Before that, I'd broken 2 other teeth over the span of a few years and had each extracted in turn...
What is happening to me???
It's getting kind of scary!
My gall bladder, then mastitis, now a broken tooth, and that after a week of hay fever symptoms (and I NEVER have hayfever)...
This last broken tooth is closer to the front of my mouth, as well, it's the second molar from the front on my top right hand side - the back has broken off the tooth. I can't afford to get the tooth fixed, so extraction would be my only option.
Why do my teeth keep breaking though, that's what I don't understand...
Feeling a little under siege atm (Ari is also quite sick with a head cold, poor little baby)...
I need a hug...

Seriously, bad re: tooth. I can relate, I had one (a previous root canal) break off at the gumline, and I have ignored it for almost 2yrs... very bad...

Don't worry, i won't lecture you. I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years, and so many of my friends are having to have dental work lately, it is scaring me and I know I should go but. I. Just. Cant! Arrghh!!
Big dental phobia here :S I totally hate having to hold my mouth open wide for so long the worst, it is like torture for me!!
Um..lack of calcium maybe? I really don't know. You sound run down, have you thought of going to see a naturopath for some supplements? I know they can be exxy, but might be worth it, esp when Kev's money comes through...
*more hugs*
Yeah, I'm thinking I might have to see someone!
Ikwym, Jayne, re: dentist. I'm petrified of them myself. In the past 18 years, I've only seen a dentist three times. The first time was for a general check up and that guy gave me such a lecture I left his surgery in tears, the next two times I went were only to have broken teeth extracted, those dentists were much nicer, mind you, but those times were emergencies not regular check ups.
I told Dave that if one of my front teeth break we're going to have to take out a personal loan to get all my teeth capped or something, because I'm so self-conscious about my teeth as it is...
Gah, I'm feeling so bloody awful atm, I don't know what's going on, but the thought of having broken teeth as well as my lazy eye makes me want to shut myself away for the rest of my life - just call me Quasimoto...
Oh you poor thing! I hope you're not in too much pain (I know, yeah right!) I hate dentists, too and don't go nearly as regularly as I should, in fact I should go soon but I am avoiding it as long as possible!
I hope Ari's feeling better soon.
